TD Ameritrade to Acquire ThinkorSwim

TD AMERITRADE, Inc. has annouced that it will acquire ThinkOrSwim for $606 million in stock and cash.

I’m really excited about this. They have a great trading platform and great options trading. This will be a good thing.
